What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all domestic USA orders (except surfboards) using either USPS Priority Mail, UPS 3-Day Select or UPS 2-Day Air, depending on the destination.

International orders ship via UPS Worldwide Expedited (2-5 Days) or in some cases USPS Priority International (6-10 Days).

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

At Midtown Surf Shop, we pride ourselves on offering fast delivery with minimal processing times. While shipping times vary by destination, the following guide highlights normal expected delivery times.

California: 1-2 Business Days

West Coast: 2 Business Days

Mainland USA: 2-3 Business Days

Hawaii: 3 Business Days

International: Most orders are delivered within 2-7 Business Days, however, International delivery times may vary depending on your country’s Customs processing times.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes. We ship to more than 200 countries around the world. Many international customers receive their orders within 2-7 Business Days, though Customs processing times may vary.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

A) Midtown Surf Shop is not responsible for Customs Fees. All Customs Fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

B) Midtown Surf Shop has no control over the Customs Process and we are not responsible or liable for any delays that occur after the package has left our facility.

C) Midtown Surf Shop can only refund orders that are returned to us in the same condition as they were shipped. If shipments are refused due to the buyers failure to pay Customs Fees or for any reason the package is not returned to us, we are unable to refund the order.

We offer lots of convenient payment methods, including all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover) and PayPal.

Does Midtown Surf Shop accept Bitcoin?

As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking code by email that will allow up to track the entire shipping process from our door to yours.

How Can I Return a Product?

Midtown Surf Shop accepts returns of unused items within 30 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of returns, however, if you would like to simply exchange an item, once we receive the return, we will gladly ship a replacement item at no additional cost.
